Duties & responsibilities:
  • The candidate has to manage the calendars & Emails for partners.
  • The applicant has to do work like fax, copy & scan documents.
  • He/she has to manage, sort & filing the incoming & outgoing correspondence circulation of documents.
  • The candidate has to timely coordinate with the other department for timely production of documents.
  • Make regular entry in accounting system & prepare bills.
  • Also manage or handle the private & confidential information of the work.
  • Also have to make arrangement for providing better mobile coverage for administrative duties.
Essential for the job:
  • Technical skills of the candidate & experience will be core for this job. The high school diploma is the minimum requirement.
  • Successful experience of 3 years in the role of administration which is more preferable to the professional services like legal or accounting.
  • The candidate should posses the advance or excellence in their skill of using MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • The candidate should have the skills of coordinating the event, ability of strong time management, diary management.
  • The timing schedule of working hours is flexible, the candidate have to work overtime when it is required at the time of urgency.
