JOB SUMMARY:

DUTIES:

Representative should Study the contract plans and, ensure all the requirement conformity, and also recognizing the old or potential problems with the project plan of construction.
Representative should arrange the contractor’s cost analysis & examines all submittals on party’s demanded equipment and materials.
Also check supplied inventory, materials, necessary equipment and also examine or check their quantity and condition.
Representative must view and to inspect that work should timely completed by contractors and subcontractors for application of construction materials.
Worker should also examine the environmental conditions which may have impact on safety or progress of the work.

Qualification required:

The candidate must have experience equal to complexity to the GS-12 grade level.
The representative should have proper commercial grade for use of construction materials and equipment.
The representative also should identify and resolve the old problems that may impact safety or work progress.
The representative should have ability to check the scatches of design and construction plans.
Also having the proper knowledge of professional engineering disciplines.
Applicant should able to properly communicate verbally and in writing.
