There should be need of degree from the recognized university. There should be requiring of at least 6 months experience of motion picture of films in an organization. The candidate for the job must have done a Diploma in cinema direction in film & also from the television institute of India.
That should be from the recognized university or institution. There should be need of at least 3 years experience of motion picture films in an organization in the department of production, also experience in documentary production. Also have to a sufficient knowledge in history of India, Administrative skills experience, knowledge of Indian culture, customs & also the familiar with the current affairs.

He or she also should concern in the work of marketing, promotion, & also for the making of publicity of the various activity of the division of the film.
