Main Duties:
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Answering inbound phone quires
- Raising and posting sales orders onto internal system
- Liaising with customers for required product lead times
- Providing quotations and estimates to customers required enquiry
- Ensure all correspondence is entered onto the company's internal Management System
- Highly motivated and keen team player
- Be able to work using your own initiative, with good organizational skills
- Self assured telephone manner with good verbal and written communication skills
- Good level of computer skills
- Good attention to detail
