They are manufacturer and suppliers of safety and materials handling plastic products to the construction and traffic management industries. Recently Oaklands Plastics have a permanent vacancy within sales office for a Customer Service, Sales Administrator to work with their existing team.

Main Duties:
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Answering inbound phone quires
  • Raising and posting sales orders onto internal system
  • Liaising with customers for required product lead times
  • Providing quotations and estimates to customers required enquiry
  • Ensure all correspondence is entered onto the company's internal Management System
Require Skills:
  • Highly motivated and keen team player
  • Be able to work using your own initiative, with good organizational skills
  • Self assured telephone manner with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good level of computer skills
  • Good attention to detail
Job type: Permanent, full-time
Work Place: Coleshill, West Midlands
Salary Scale: £16,000 - £17,500 per annum, negotiable
