Asrb.org.in: Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board needs Dedicated Professionals

Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board, New Delhi is work for the Department of Agricultural Research and Education. It conducts National Eligibility Test for the recruitment of Assistant Professor/ Lecturers in various State Agricultural Universities.

Experienced and dedicated candidates for various scientific posts are required by ASRB. They published an advertisement no. 02/2012 for these vacancies.

Post details:

• 3 posts are for Director,
• 12 vacancies are for Head of Department,
• 27 are for Principal Scientist,
• 158 vacancies are for the post of Senior Scientist.

Salary:

• Post of Senior Scientist is under the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/- with Rs.8000/- per month as RGP. Other posts are under the pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- with RGP as Rs.10000/-.
• Age limit:
• For post of Senior Scientists should not be more than 47 years of age,
• Maximum 52 years of age is required for the post of Principal Scientists,
• For rest of the posts, candidates’ age should not be more than 60 years.

Only Indian Citizens are allowed to apply. Candidates has to send application form in a prescribed format along with demand draft of Rs.500/-, 2 envelops self attested copies of birth certificate, qualification degree and experience certificates.
