Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwavidyalaya is located at Jabalpur and is accredited by UGC. It offers higher education and performs research activities in the field of agriculture and its allied discipline. It is divided in the Department of Forestry and Department of Agriculture. JNKVV invites applications from eligible and qualified candidates for various posts on contract basis for a period of 6 months.

Vacancies are for the post of Junior Statistician, Technical Assistant, Lab Technician, technical Helper and Computer Operator.
Salary: Candidates selected for the post of Junior Statistician will get salary of Rs.12000/- per month, while Rs.8000/- per month is fixed for Technical Assistant, Rs.5540/- per month is for Computer Operator, Lab Technician and technical Helper will get salary of Rs.6000/- per month.
Qualification: Degree of M.Sc in the relevant discipline with proficiency in computer applications and statistical analysis is essential for the post of Junior Statistician and Technical Assistant. While for rest of the posts, candidates should posses degree of B.Sc in the relevant field and preferably in Agriculture. Candidates with the experience will be preferred for all the positions.
Candidates has to bring original certificates, documents, 2 passport size photographs and demand draft of Rs.100/- at the time of interview.
