Requirement of the job:
- There should do proper development of strategy for supporting process of improvements in advancing the objective.
- Also require the expertise or experience for making the important Business Process Solutions
- The candidate should have the ability to lead, mentoring, specialist in coach lean, as well as black & green belt practitioners.
- Has to work with senior executives of senior management for installing the strong governance structure.
- Make efficiency alignment & executive scorecards for project meets.
- And do closely work with the regular business operations to understand the priorities, technology, & support practitioner in the key projects.
- The candidates have to have ability to easily communicate in the complex situation of the organization.
- Candidate must have strong facilitation.
- And also have to provide high level of leadership skills.
- The candidate should also have quality of depth analysis of tools & understand the thing easily.
- Master in black- belt of six sigma, lean master.
- The very powerful understanding of work force management system.
