JOB SUMMARY:
• As Patent Examiner in company with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the applicant will work with the greatest Intellectual Property Rights entity in the nation.
• The applicant will get training & experience at a smartest level which he will not get from any where else.
Duties:
• The patent examiner (PE) should reviews applications to fixed whether patents should grant for inventions.
• Examiner should Search before to ensure that an invention which is going to take place should benew and unique.
• Examiner should check the patent applications for assurance to confirm for formal requirements.
• The patent examiner also has to write legal office actions on patentability and have to give response to patent applicants.
Qualification needs:
• The applications will also be accepted from the students also who are going to complete qualification of education within 9 months from the date of application.
• Successfully completed the basic minimum qualification of a full 4-year course of study from reputed college or university.
• Examiner should have well understanding for both theoretical and practical, of the engineering sciences and for techniques and also application for requirement of professional engineering.
• Also having a knowledge of physical and mathematical sciences which is requirement of professional engineering.
