DUTIES:
- Law specialist should do the duties like universal approach analysis and get result of a plan’s current and project.
- Specialist should make the reviews individual’s demand and EXPRO submissions for content and substance.
- Specialist should study a several cases documents which include financial statements, corporate reports, and certifications of CPAs, actuaries, plan administrators, employers, economists and others several documents too.
- The specialist should make research source materials such as legislation, specific regulations, if court made any decisions, read or study the precedent cases, also read all the public comments, Internal Revenue (IRS) and read all the contents of Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) rulings.
- Applicants for the job may require qualification with degree of Ph.D. or LL.M, or 3 yrs of graduate course leading to such a degree in one or a combination of the following fields –
- Which include fields like finance, banking, business administration, economics, mathematics, accounting or auditing, pension plan administration, law, industrial relations, public administration, or other related fields.
