Duties Which Has To Be Perform:

Trainer has to serve as Child and Youth services as their Trainer.
And he should also set up the child and youth development programme and also look in to that environment, equipment, special needs inclusion, curriculum, risk management practices to minimize risk of abuse; supportive interactions and positive social development, etc.
Development of children’s & youths knowledge, methods, philosophy, and guide them as per principle. And provide training as per course outlines.

Working Condition:

The trainer has to perform his duties both the way indoor or outdoor.
Duties may also include travelling on &off the post.

Qualification Required:

A perfect set of education and qualification.
There should be success fully completion of 24 hours in Childhood Education/Child Development or Elementary Education or other fields as appropriate. Plus there should be appropriate work experience that provided knowledge skills and abilities directly related to the duties described as per position.
And there should be at least twelve (12) months experience working in child and youth programs.
Ability to plan and organize the work identifies the problem, analyse the data and find out the appropriate solution.
Ability to plan appropriate training to staff, communicate efficiently through both the way orally or written.
Bachelor degree in appropriate field which directly or indirectly relates for the job.

Physical Ability:

Trainer should have enough physical ability to lift, carry up to 40 lbs and walk actively, bend properly, stoop and stand on a routine basis.

Condition for employment:

There should be taken a health and immunization assessment, that should be successfully pass by the trainer.
And there should be successfully completion of training session time.
Satisfactory performance is required by the trainer.
Social Security Card must be presented at time of appointment by the trainer.
