JOB SUMMARY:
- This post is design for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Chief Operating Officer, and Response Center.
- The applicant as a Consumer Response Specialist and technical and program authority, are liable for consumer complaint work, and will find out the suitable grievances for that.
- Properly assess the complex consumer complaints applying knowledge of the consumer financial protection regulations under CFPB’s roof.
- And protect the consumer from unfair & from malpractices or from deceptive practices.
- Complying the protection requirement with the regulations & also do the research of existing consumer financial protection regulations.
- And also respond to the inquires & communicate to the consumer for the query
