DUTIES:
- The Technician should calculate the dollar cost and total dollars selling price on documents, input sales and accounts receivables transactions.
- The technician should maintain proper books of records on mail log-in sheets.
- The technician should do and look after the work like price adjustment vouchers, accounts receivables and petty cash,& reconcile amounts on the accounts receivable subsidiary file for each canteen, receive invoices, statements, credit memorandums.
- And also look after work like payment due dates on all invoices, research and correspond with vendors and canteen on a timely basis, balance sales journal figures for each assigned canteen.
- 1 yr of specialized master experience of the knowledge, skills and abilities for performing satisfactory duties of the post.
- Familiar with method of financial accounting system and also used to by the work surrounded to it like performing statement reconciliation; corresponding with vendors regarding deliveries, invoices and discrepancies.
- Ability to proper interprets with regulations & guidelines.
- Candidate properly able to communicate orally and in writing.
