Duty Summary:
-Growing the lending portfolio in your local area through business development, networking and getting the brand known in your local Greek community
-Making appointments and visiting customers after hours and on Saturdays to discuss their loan requirements
-Working closely with Branch staff and Senior managers
-End to End Lending from application to settlements
-Processing of residential lending applications
-Refer customers to other areas of the bank, such as wealth management services.
Key Requirements:
-Ability to speak Greek
-Current, or very recent, experience as a Mortgage Broker, Mobile Lender, or a Branch-based mortgage lender
-Proven experience in business development and building referral networks
-Strong knowledge of end-to-end mortgage lending processes
-Proven ability to increase the residential lending portfolio in your local area
-Australian Citizenship/Permanent Residency
