Footwear Design and Development Institute was formed by the Government of India. It works under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry. FDDI provides higher education, research & development and training to industrial professionals. The Institute is located at Uttar Pradesh.

As recent news the organization is looking for qualified candidates for fill their vacant teaching posts. All the vacancies are for non academic positions and for campuses at kolkata, Noida, Fursatganj, Rohtakand Jodhpur and Chhindwara.

Vacancy details:

• 42 vacancies are for Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager in the department of Accounts & Finance, HR, ITSC, Training Cell, Maintenance, Stores and Corporate, Public Relations & Placement.
• 5 posts are available for Librarian/ Assistant Librarian,
• 7 are for Front desk Executives,
• 3 are for Senior Accountant,
• 3 posts are for Storekeeper,
• 6 vacancies are for Computer Lab Assistant/ System Assistant,
• 3 are for Warden of Girls Hostel,
• 3 are for Warden of Boys Hostel,
• 6 are for HR Executive/ Senior Assistant in Administration,
• 13 are for Office Assistant,
• 6 posts are for Assistant,
• 3 are for Electrician,
• 2 are for Mechanic,
• 3 posts are for Plumber.

All vacancies are on contract basis for a period of 3 years.
