Responsibilities:
- Create stability by being engaged
- Assist customers by applying policy & procedure knowledge to handle complex transactions and issues
- Work closely and provide input to the Regional Manager
- Maintain the highest level of customer service standards
- Ensure branch compliance is within federal regulations
- May be required to work Saturdays and extended hours
