NITs are a group of engineering institutes. All the NITs were established under the Ministry of Human Resource Development. NIT Mizoram conducts under graduate programmes in the field of engineering and technology. It is located at Aizawal.

National Institute of Technology Mizoram is looking for dedicated and eligible faculty members from Indian Nationals.

Candidates are being ready for innovative teaching and high quality research in the following subjects/ disciplines for appointment on regular basis.

Vacancy details:


Under the pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/-,

• 3 posts are for Associate Professor for the discipline of Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering.
• 1 post is for Registrar.

With pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/-,

• 2 posts are for Assistant Professor in the discipline of English and Computer Science & Engineering,
• 1 is for Assistant Librarian,
• 1 vacancy is for Executive Engineer.
• Under the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800/-,
• 1 post is for Technical Assistant.

Under the pay scale of Rs.5200-20200/-,

• 1 post is for Stenographer,
• 2 are for Junior Assistant,
• 2 vacancies are for Technician in Physics and Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Qualification:

• Masters degree in the relevant discipline is the minimum qualification required for the post of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Registrar, Assistant Librarian.
• Graduation is required for the posts of Executive Engineer, Technical Assistant, Stenographer and Technician.
