High Court of Uttarakhand’s the strength of sanctioned judge is nine. It is authorized by the Constitution of India and method of composition is presidential with conformation of chief justice of India and governor of Uttarakhand. Recently an advertisement has been released for job vacancies of Law Clerks.

If you are eligible for this post, then apply by sending an application form in a prescribed format along with a demand draft, attested copy of High School mark sheet, date of birth proof certificate, intermediate mark sheet, intermediate pass certificate, graduation mark sheet and certificate, and certificate related to extracurricular activities along with computer knowledge.
Total 9 vacancies are available with a fixed honorarium of Rs.20000/- per month.
Age limit: More than 21 years and should be less than 26 years
Qualification: Candidates should posses 3 years of professional or 5 years of integrated degree in law and should be a fresher law graduate. Knowledge of computers is also essential.
Personal interview will be the mode of selection and it will be held at Nainital.
