1 vacancy is for the post of Officer MMGS-II, 12 are for Officer JMGS-I and 28 posts are available for Office Assistant.
Pay scale: Candidates selected for the post of MMGS II will get starting emolument of Rs.32330/- per month under the pay scale of Rs.19400-28100/-.
Officer in JMGS I will get basic salary of Rs.24164/- per month under the pay scale of Rs.14500-25700/- and Office Assistants will get salary of Rs.13372/- per month under the pay scale of Rs.7200-19300/-.
Eligibility Detail: Graduation in any discipline is the minimum qualification required for all the above positions. Candidates should also be proficient in Kannada language and computer applications.
Age: For the post of MMGS II, candidate’s age should be between 21-32 years. Minimum 18 and maximum 28 years of age is essential for posts under JMGS I and Office assistants.
Selection will be through written test which is going to be held on 13th May 2012 for Officers and on 20th May 2012 for Office Assistants.
Written examination will be of objective type with the duration of 2.30 hours. Total 200 questions will be asked for total 200marks. Test will be at the centre of Chikmagalur.
After this test, shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
