State Farms Corporation of India Limited was established under the Administrative Control of Department of Agriculture and Cooperation. Applications are invited by SFCI for the recruitment of various posts on direct recruitment basis.
It is a schedule ‘C’ CPSE in agro based industry sector with the head office at New Delhi. Its main duty is to maintain Agricultural farms in different states for the production and supply of best quality seeds of different crops. SFCI produces good quality seeds.
Only Indian Nationals can apply and that too latest by 17th March 2012 by sending an application form in a prescribed format.
1 post is for General Manager/ Additional General Manager in Production, 5 posts are for Assistant General Manager/ Manager in Marketing, 1 is for Assistant General Manager in Finance & Accounts, 1 post is for Manager in Finance & Accounts department, 1 is for Assistant Manager in System and 1 is for Management Trainee in engineering.
Monthly emolument: General Manager will get emolument under the pay scale of Rs.36600-62000/-, position of Additional General Manager is under the pay scale of Rs.32900-58000/-, AGM is under the pay scale of Rs.24900-20600/-, post of Manager is under the pay scale of Rs.20600-46500/-, Assistant Manager is under the pay scale of Rs.16400-40500/- and Management trainee will get stipend of Rs.16400/- during training period of 1 year.
Age limit: Candidates applying for the post of GM should be less than 55 years of age, while maximum 50 years of age is essential for the post of AGM, Manager should not be more than 45 years of age, and maximum 35 years of age should be for the post of Assistant Manager and Management Trainee.
