Society for Promotion of IT’s basic aim is to promote applications of IT in the Chandigarh in accordance with the IT Policy of Chandigarh Administration. Salary: Candidates selected for the post of Software Engineer will get salary of Rs.35000/- per month, while Senior Assistant will get Rs.21100/- per month as salary and Administrative Officer will get salary of Rs.25000/- per month.
Eligibility: Graduation in the relevant stream is the minimum qualification required for all the above positions. Beside this, around 3-4 years of development experience is essential for the post of Software Engineer and 5-6 years of experience in preparing drafting and dealing with legal matters is essential for the post of Senior Assistant. For the post of Administrative Officer, candidates should posses experience of supervising the junior officers.
