Biju Patnaik University of Technology is located at Rourkela of Orissa. Around 160 colleges are affiliated to BPUT. They are seeking highly qualified, dedicated and talented candidates for Senior Administrative Positions.
Candidates with the required qualification and citizenship of India can apply before 31st March 2012. The following posts are on contract basis for a period of 5 years.
Under the pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- with grade pay of Rs.10000/-,
1 post is for Registrar, 3 are for Director for the department of Examinations, Curriculum Development and Placement & Industrial training.
Under the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/- with Rs.6600/- as grade pay,
1 vacancy is for the post of Deputy Registrar, 2 posts are for Deputy Director in Examinations for MBA/ MCA and Engineering.
Require Qualification: For the post of Registrar and Director, candidates should posses masters degree with minimum 55% marks along with 15 years of experience as an assistant professor. Degree of Ph.D is desirable and candidate’s age should be less than 55 years. While candidates applying for the post of Deputy Registrar or Deputy Director Examination should posses masters degree with minimum 55% marks and at least 9 years of experience and maximum 45 years of age. Good knowledge of computer application is a must for all the positions.
