34 are for Assistant Professor in the discipline of Applied Mechanics, Chemistry, Chemical, Architecture & Planning, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Maths, Mechanical, Mining, Metallurgy & Materials Engineering, Physics, and Humanities.
Pay scale: Assistant professors will get minimum emolument of Rs.41310/- per month under the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/- with AGP Rs.6000/-. While, candidates selected for the post of Associate Professors will get salary of Rs.73312/- per month under the pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- with Rs.9000/- as AGP and Professor will get salary of Rs.83740/- per month under the pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- with Rs.10000/- as AGP.
Age limit: Maximum 50 years of age is required for the post of Professors, candidates applying for the post of Associate Professors should be less than 45 years of age and maximum 35 years of age required for the post of Assistant professor.
