Excellent opportunity has arisen for the Trainee Accounts Assistant in Penge, South East London. Penge is a suburb of London in the London Borough of Bromley. Job for an enthusiastic person who is looking to build a career within an Accounts Department and duties include:
• Banking daily takings
• Posting of banking for all sites
• Reconcile and post warranty documents for all sites
• Writing cheques
• Reconciling petty cash for all five sites
• Post payment vouchers to relevant codes
• Produce Bank statements and debits each morning
• Post new car invoices
• Post Direct Debits
• Post and reconcile Amex
The role of Trainee Accounts Assistant would suit a college leaver who can show an interest in Accounting and study support will be given. Ideally you will have some experience within a customer facing role handling cash. If you have experience in a counter sales position i.e. within a retail brand, then this could be the ideal role for you.
Candidate will work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and the salary on offer is 13K to 15k plus benefits and study support.
