Recruitment details for the job of Administrative Officer Scale – I (Specialist and Generalist) in National Insurance Company Limited:

1. Name of Position: Specialist
No of Vacancies: 145 (UR – 79, SC – 20, ST – 12, OBC – 34 and PH – 5)
Discipline(No of Vacancies): Engineering ( 50 ), Health ( 30 ), Finance ( 25 ), Actuarial ( 5 ), Legal ( 20 ) and Investigator ( 15 )
Educational Qualification (Except finance discipline): Candidates should have Bachelor degree in respective discipline from any recognized university with specified experience. Higher educational qualification holder candidates will be preferred.
Educational Qualification (Finance): Chartered Accountant (ICAI) / M.Com./B.Com. With MBA from any recognized institute.
2. Name of Position: Generalist
No of Vacancies: 200 (UR – 110, SC – 27, ST – 15, OBC – 48 and PH – 07)
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream from any recognized university
Age limit: Candidates’ age for both jobs Specialist and Generalist should not be more than 30 years. Relaxation of 3 years to OBC and 5 years to SC/ST will be given.
Pay Scale: Candidates who will be selected for Specialist and Generalist will be paid Rs. 17,240 – 32640/- per month.
Application fee: Male candidates are required to pay Rs. 425/- ( Rs. 75/- for SC/ST/PWD ) and Female candidates are required to pay Rs. 225/- in any branch of Indian Bank in form of cash in account no. 6008050653 in favour of ” National Insurance Company Limited”.
Selection procedure: Candidates will be selected as per obtained marks in written examination that will be held on 22.04.2012.
