Post of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor are vacant with specialization in macro economics, environment economics, public finance, international economics and economic issues of developing countries with specific interests in industry, agriculture, international trade and public finance.
Salary and pay scale: Assistant Professor will get starting salary of Rs.30000/- per month under the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/- with AGP Rs.8000/- and Associate Professor will get minimum salary of Rs.42800/- per month under the pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- along with Rs.9500/- as AGP.
Education Qualification: Ph.D qualification in the relevant discipline is a must for all the posts. But beside this, candidates applying for the post of Assistant Professor should posses at least 3 years of teaching/ research experience and minimum 6 years of teaching/ research experience is necessary for the post of Associate Professor.
