- Name of Post: – Stenographer in Civil Courts
Salary: – Rs. 5200/- – Rs. 20200/- along with Grade pay of Rs. 1900/-
Academic qualification and ability for applied in Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi:Candidates should be passed in graduation from recognized university. They should have proficiency in shorthand and typing with the speed in English Shorthand not less than 80 w.p.m. and in English Typing not less than 40 w.p.m., for Hindi Shorthand not less than 70w.p.m. and in Hindi Typing not less than 35 w.p.m. Candidates should have good knowledge to operate computer applications and typing on computers.
Age Limitation as on the 1 April 2011:
Age limit for General category candidates: – 18 years – 35 years
Age limit for E.B.C. and B.C. category candidates: - 18 years – 37 years
Age for Female (General, E.B.C. and B.C.) category candidates: - 18 years – 38 years
Age for the S.C. /ST category candidates: - 18 years – 40 years
Examination Fee:
Applicants will have to pay Rs. 200/- in the case of general category, E.B.C., B.C. and Rs. 150/- in the case of S.C. and S.T. category through Bank Draft that is drawn from any Nationalized Bank payable at Ranchi in favor of Registrar General, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi.
