It was established basically for the distribution and supply of electricity in Jabalpur on behalf of Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board [MPSEB]. It is economical and efficient in the operational activities of electricity.
MP DISCOMS is looking for candidates having best qualification and experience according to the advertisement. For the post of Line Attendant, MP DISCOMS invites applications form Indian nationals and interested candidates can apply before last date of 15th September 2011. Candidates are advised to apply ONLINE only. The following position is on contract basis.
Total 983 posts are available for Line Attendant. Out of these, 500 posts are for Indore branch, 474 are for Bhopal and rest 9 is for Jabalpur Company. Age limit for this post should be more than 18 years and even less than 30 years of age. For this, candidates should have passed 10th standard examination and also should posses certificate of ITI in the trade of Line man from SCVT / NCVT.
There selection will be based on written test, physical test and interview. Examinations will be held on 17th October 2011. After selection, they have to go for training for a period of 3 months. Candidates will get salary of Rs. 7000/- per month for the 1st period, Rs. 8000/- for 2nd years and Rs. 9000/- for 3rd year.
