Agriculture Directorate of Uttar Pradesh was established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Its head quarter is located at Lucknow. It mainly operates its functions with the help of other organizations like UP Agro, land Reform Corporation, UP Dasp, Seed Development Corporation and state Agriculture Management Institute Rehman Khera. It provides all the information to the needy farmers regarding farming, cultivation, seeds, soils, programmes for the benefit of farmers etc.
Qualified and experienced candidates are required in Agriculture Directorate of Uttar Pradesh. For this, it invites applications from Indian Nationals for the post of Laboratory Assistants.

Total 721 positions are vacant for the post of Laboratory Assistants. For this post, candidates age should be more than 18 years and even should be less than 35 years.
Also candidates should have passed 12th class with science stream. Proficiency in Hindi and English language with knowledge of basic computers is essential. Selection will be based on written test / personal interview- depending upon the management. But selected candidates will get salary under the pay scale of Rs. 5200 – 20200/- with Rs. 2000/- as grade pay.
