Jobs for Driver cum Conductors - Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation Recruitment:
BMTC was formed in 1997 by the Government of Karnataka. It operates the public transport bus service all over the Bangalore and their head office also at Bangalore. It has 34 depots with 47 bus stations all over the city. It was the first in India to start intra city Volvo buses.
Recently an advertisement has been released by BMTC for the recruitment of Driver-cum-Conductors in the corporation. For this it invites applications form Indian Nationals. Eligible candidates with the requisite qualification can apply. Mode of application is online only. No other form of application will be accepted.
Total no of vacancies are 2766 available by BMTC for the post of Driver-cum-Conductors. Candidates applying for this post should not be less than 24 years and even not more than 35 years of age. He should have passed SSLC examination and also should posses 2 years old valid HTV / HPV / HGV driving license.
Selection will be based on written test / interview and selected candidates will get salary under the pay scale of Rs. 5660 – 9430/-.
